Sheraton Fallsview Hotel

Another Win 3rd time here in just over a year and again no disappointments. Bernard at the front desk was awesome. Room had view of the falls and very clean. Haven't used but you can just tell the spa and restaurant look amazing. Traveling with a 4 & 6yo. Steps from bowling, arcade (golf and go-karts in the summer) and the kids loved using the pool in February. Starbucks down stairs and hotel us connected to indoor waterpark and casino. If you cant get into niagara brewing next door, don't worry they serve it in the lobby! Can't go wrong for the price abd location at all.

The bed was comfortable and they gave plenty towels. The room was clean. Breathtaking view. The service was amazing. I had lost something and kinda bugged them as it was a gift and each staff member handled me with care. They also accommodated us for a couple issues we had. Loved that. The location is everything. We already making plans to come back in the summer. I am such a stickler for great customer service and honestly the whole experience was a win. It’s worth the price they have a lot of things to do. There is extra fees for the resort etc but the experience really make up for it.

Stayed here for 4 nights and the entire experience was really great. The room was nice and clean. The front desk associates were so helpful and friendly, even when we had to last minute extend our trip due to the poor weather conditions they were able to accommodate us. Our room overlooked the city and all around had some great views and was close to everything. Only complaint I have is that the room was insanely warm and stuffy (2038). I put the temp down to the lowest possible setting on the thermostat and it still wouldn’t cool down. I had to keep the window open the entire trip and even that didnt do much as you can’t open it a whole lot. This should probably be looked into as I’m convinced the unit isn’t working properly for this room/area. And to everyone reading this, please be mindful of the additional fees they charge. There is a $39 plus tax resort fee they charge per day as well as $50 plus tax for self parking per day. But they were very informative and polite at the front desk when I asked for clarification on this when I checked out! All in all it was a great trip and experience here though!

Wonderful hotel, got a spectacular view of the falls from our room. All amenities were amazing, the mobile service was very convenient! Just 2 little things, the TV remote wouldn’t respond at times, and the WiFi didn’t work at all, when I followed the instructions. Other than that, everything was magnificent. The New Year’s Eve celebrations were amazing, the staff gave us complimentary champagne. It was very nice that it was connected right to the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark. Would definitely recommend, and I hope to come again!

Not a bad hotel if your looking for something fairly priced and options. There’s a lot to do in this hotel alone with the Fallsview Waterpark, indoor pool, casino, arcade, restaurants and plenty of shows. The rooms itself were not bad, clean but super dated. The elevators are super dated, took me 30 mins to not even get one and two elevators broke down during my one night visit. The prices for the waterpark are absurd and probably not worth it and the hotel plus park package is insanely expensive. However, the room itself was a good price. If you’re looking for good views, this hotel wouldn’t be the best option but city views are wonderful. Check in was super quick and valet are very nice. Staff here are pretty nice but there’s some staff that just do not understand English.

I had a pleasure staying at Sheraton Fallsview over the weekend from Saturday Feb 21-Monday 23rd. We had Keagan as our hotel check in receptionist, he was so amazing. Made everything fast quick and smooth all in all he made sure if we had any questions it would be answered. Provided us with the map of the Clifton Hill, listed the amenities given by Sheraton. The room was very clean, the bathroom was fully stocked with toilet paper (extra) and towels. Would highly recommend for anyone who is looking to stay at Sheraton Fallsview. Had bumped into a few staff at the hotel exchange really good conversations!

This is my first time visiting this hotel. The experience is really great. When I came in and saw the hotel, my first impression was really good, it made me feel very comfortable. The front desk staff were very good, and Isata received us. Her service was very good, her smile was very good, and she patiently introduced everything to me. In the end, she even upgraded me to a room with a view. When I came to the room, I was pleasantly surprised to see the waterfall view The room is also very clean Our whole family loves this hotel very much, and we recommend that everyone who comes to visit the waterfall stay at this hotel. Finally, I would like to thank Isata for receiving us It gave us a great experience I hope you will also come to receive us next time.

Had a great stay here as a family of 4. Was upgraded from a city view to a falls view room at no extra cost as it was the quiet season. Room was spacious and clean, the view was spectacular. The hotel itself had everything you could ever need within the grounds including multiple restaurants, souvenir shop, conscience store, ice cream parlour, Starbucks, a full arcade, a water park and even a casino. And to add to all that it's also at the bottom of the famous Clifton hill so plenty to entertain you staying here
